Teddy Bear Nannies is owned by Rochelle Billing, who is both Ofsted registered and NNEB trained, with over 20 years’ experience working as a nanny for children ranging from newborns to teenage.

She has also been a manager of soft play centres for children and has extensive proficiency organising and running children’s parties, wedding crèches, and corporate events. Most importantly she is also a mother of two children herself.
